Important information about refunds and cancellations
Due to the nature of our digital services and instant delivery of tool activations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
GsmMeta provides digital services including tool activations, software licenses, and account credits. Once a service is delivered or an activation is completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded under normal circumstances.
By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
All tool activations (UnlockTool, Chimera, DFT Pro, etc.) are final once processed. Activations are delivered instantly via API and cannot be reversed.
Funds added to your account wallet are non-refundable. Credits can only be used for purchasing services on the platform.
Tool rental periods (1h, 3h, 6h, 12h, 24h) are non-refundable once started. Time is calculated from activation, not from actual usage.
3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscriptions are non-refundable after activation. No pro-rated refunds are provided for early cancellation.
If you were charged but did not receive the service due to a technical error on our end, you may be eligible for a refund or service re-delivery.
If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same service, the duplicate charge will be refunded to your account wallet or original payment method.
If payment was deducted but the service was not delivered within 24 hours (and you have contacted support), you are eligible for either service delivery or a full refund.
Note: To request a refund for any of the above exception cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction with your order details and proof of the issue.
Before Activation: You may cancel an order and receive a full refund to your account wallet ONLY if the service has not yet been activated or delivered. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel.
After Activation: Once a service is activated or delivered, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be provided.
Subscriptions: You may cancel auto-renewal of subscriptions at any time from your account settings. However, you will not receive a refund for the current active subscription period.
